The documentation of the "Aryanization" of Jewish businesses and enterprises in Mecklenburg is currently being compiled. This research project covers the systematic expropriation, forced sales, and liquidations of Jewish businesses in the period from 1933 to 1945.
We are documenting the affected firms, their owners, and the fate of the families who lost their economic livelihood through "Aryanization".
